Terms of use
Effective July 2, 2026
The short version
Doodle Drop is a small chat app for drawing with your crew. Be kind, draw your own stuff, and don’t use it to send objectionable or abusive content. By using the app, you agree to the terms below.
Acceptable use
Doodle Drop has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. That means no doodles or messages that are pornographic, hateful, harassing, threatening, violent, or otherwise offensive, and no using the app to bully, impersonate, or target another person. Rooms are meant for your crew — don’t use Doodle Drop to distribute content you wouldn’t want your own friends to see.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice, as described below.
Your content
You own the doodles you create. By dropping a doodle into a room, you grant the other members of that room — and Doodle Drop, as the service that stores and displays it — a license to store, display, and transmit it so the people in the room can see it. That license lasts as long as the doodle exists in the room, or until you delete your account.
Don’t post anything you don’t have the right to share, and don’t post anything that infringes someone else’s rights.
Moderation
The developer may review reported content, remove doodles or messages, and suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or otherwise misuse the app — at our discretion, to keep Doodle Drop safe for everyone.
Reporting & blocking
Every room includes tools to report a doodle or person and to block someone so you no longer see what they draw. Reports are reviewed by the developer, and blocking takes effect immediately on your device.
No warranty
Doodle Drop is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don’t guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doodle Drop and its developer aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data such as rooms or doodles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a meaningful change, we’ll update the effective date above. Continuing to use Doodle Drop after a change means you’re okay with the update.
